Children’s Services Clinical Supervisor: Required: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or license eligible. 3 years experience working with children in behavioral health. Preferred: In-home and community based work experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus! Case Manager - Adult Serivces: Candidate will provide case management and treatment services to adults with a serious mental illness. Must have Bachelors in Behavioral Health field and, 2 years exp. working with adults in a behavioral health setting or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 30 semester hours of Behavioral Health courses and 4 years experience in behavioral health.
Child and Family Support Specialist: To deliver community based living skills and family support services. Requires 2 years prior experience working with children and families. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Must be 21 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
Patient Care Technician Provides support to the prescribers, including individual prescriptions, call backs, face to face monitoring, preparation and monitoring of prescription bubble packs, in addition to administrative functions. At least one year experience in medical office setting. Experience as medical assistant to doctor preferred.
Integrated Nurse Care Coordinator Special RN position meets with patients receiving health or behavioral health services to co-ordinate the scheduling of care appointment referrals. Provides collaborative support between behavioral health and primary care providers. Supports patients through health education activities. Acts as a coach to each individual’s health care goals. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred) or Associates Degree in Nursing, and current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
Customer Service Representatives: Provides excellent customer service as first line of contact with individuals by answering and screening telephone calls, greeting walk in customers, scheduling appointments, assisting with visitors access to facility and performing other administrative support tasks in a busy healthcare environment with strict practice of confidentiality. Position requires good communication skills, computer experience, high school diploma or GED and prefer experience in scheduling appointments. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus!
