Maintenance Assistant

Needed to perform light maintenance activities in various locations through the Verde Valley. Position requires prior experience with building maintenance, a clean driving record, and basic computer skills.

 

Nurse Care Educator 

Provides RN Care Coordination in an integrated care (Psychiatry and Primary Care) setting, with a focus on wellness.  Provides counseling and case management.  Communicates directly with medical and clinical teams.  Has experience delivering education and developing systems.  Is comfortable with education, both one-on-one and in group settings to clients and the greater community.  Participates in quality improvement activities/reviews as directed by the CMO and Integrated Care Coordinator.  Performs infection control monitoring and other duties as assigned.  Mandatory skills: communication, self-direction, understanding of wellness, adaptability, and experience using electronic systems/medical records.  Must have an unencumbered, current Arizona Registered Nurse License.

 

Accounts Receivable Specialist 

Duties include processing and submitting medical claims, posting payments to patient accounts, troubleshooting medical claims denied for payment, verifying patient insurance coverage, and light filing duties. Must have prior experience processing AHCCCS, Medicare and general insurance claims, experience with electronic insurance claims processing, an understanding of managed care concepts, knowledge of insurance coding requirements, and excellent computer skills. Candidates must be team oriented and possess excellent communications skills.

 

Intake Therapist

Required: Masters Degree in Behavioral Health field. Licensure or license eligible in Arizona. Must be a team player willing to work flexible hours and be able to travel in local area.  Knowledge and experience working with wide range of behavioral health clients including children, substance abuse and mental health is needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed.  Strong computer skills required; bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

 

Substance Abuse Therapist

Required: Master’s degree, independent licensure preferred.  Provision of outpatient substance abuse services including assessment, client education, individual and group therapy.  Flexible hours may be necessary in order to effectively serve this clientele.

 

 Adult Therapist

Required: Masters degree in a behavioral Health field with skills in therapy and assessments. Must be a team player willing to work flexible hours and be able to travel in local area Licensure or license eligible in the State of Arizona.

 

 Youth Advocate

To deliver community based living skills and family support services. Requires 2 years prior experience working with children and families. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Must be 21 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
