Adult Case Manager:
This position coordinates treatment activities, participates in client staffing, develops and implements treatment plans, provides case management activities, and maintains client records. Provides services to persons with a serious mental illness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any field and one year experience working with seriously mentally ill consumers.
Child and Family Therapist:
Provides individual, family and group services in a variety of settings, develops and implements treatment plans, diagnoses and assesses clients, provides case management services and performs coordination of clinical care activities as appropriate, facilitates clinical team processes, provides clinically appropriate risk assessment and clinical crisis intervention services. Required: Master's degree with Board license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona.
End User Support Developer:
Receives reporting requests from the MIS Director and works with end users to produce and distribute data in the requested format, models and writes scripting to enhance and improve the end user experience with Clinical and other software, works to improve data input/output processes, backs up other team member functions, participates in the on-call help desk rotation, and performs other duties as assigned by the MIS Director. Position requires a high school diploma or GED, previous experiences with computer database systems (Crystal Reports, SQL and Cache environments preferred). Previous data entry experience, and two years experience using a current programming language (Crystal Reports, SQL, .net, C#, HTML, Java, Uscript). Previous work in a medical setting preferred.
IT Help Desk Clerk
The IT Help Desk Clerk, fields all requests for assistance from staff members, troubleshoots and maintains hardware, software and VOIP phones, engages other IT staff or software support as necessary, and logs the incident and resolution for reporting. They also provide backup to the Data Coordinator, Computer Technician, and System Administrator as needed. Must be in the weekend on-call rotation. High school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience with computer data systems (Citrix and Microsoft environments preferred), customer service oriented, previous experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software; previous experience with troubleshooting computer networking issues, medical software solutions and VOIP phone systems.
Provides support to the prescribers, including individual prescriptions, call backs, face to face monitoring, preparation and monitoring of bubble packs, in addition to administrative functions. Participates in quality improvement activities and performs others duties as assigned by the Medical Director. Requires a high school diploma or GED, AND graduate from an accredited medical assistant's program; current National Medical Assistant Certification.
